Notice is hereby given that the Trois-Rivières Port Authority will hold its Annual General Meeting at the Gare maritime, 1400 rue du Fleuve, Trois-Rivières, Québec, in the presence of the auditors, MNP, on June 27, 2024, at 11:00 a.m.
This meeting is open to the public.
Please note that a summary of the Port Authority’s audited consolidated financial statements will be available in the 2023 Annual Report, which will be filed on June 27 under the Port Authority tab on our website www.porttr.com.
This public notice is given in accordance with sections 34 and 35 of the Canada Marine Act.
