MIS: TWO (2) MONTHS’ FREE, UNRESTRICTED DATA ACCESS

The St. Lawrence Economic Development Council (SODES) and Innovation maritime are pleased to announce that the Maritime Information System (MIS) implementation phase has been completed.

It is now possible to access a wide range of marine industry-related data via the MIS web portal. Although SODES and Innovation maritime received government funding to develop this new system, as of January 2018, we will be relying on future users’ commitments to ensure its long-term sustainability.

To allow users to discover the data available and familiarize themselves with the web platform, SODES and Innovation maritime are offering two (2) months’ free access to all MIS data. This trial period will end on January 31, 2018.

After that, users will be able to access data through subscription plans designed to generate the revenues required to keep the service up and running.
