NEXT LUNCHEON CONFERENCE AND NEXT GENERATION SCHORLASHIP AWARD

The St. Lawrence Economic Development Council (SODES) is pleased to invite you to its next luncheon conference, to be held on November 22 in Montréal, featuring David Williams, Underwritter at Charles Taylor & Co. Limited in London (GB).
In addition, during the luncheon Sodes will award the Next generation scholarship to a graduate or a postgraduate student as well as a postdoctoral fellow to promote university graduate-level studies and researches in fields related to responsible marine-sector economic development.

Conference Title

“Tempis Fugit” – Counting the cost of marine delay

What’s the cost to your business from an unforeseen delay? What’s the effect on your bottom line should a strike, cyber-attack or major weather event affect the vessels you have an interest in? Profits in the shipping business are hard won and easily lost to events outside of your control- why leave yourself exposed?

*The conference will be held in english.
